The 2017-2018 Extended Day program will begin on Tuesday, September 19th.  Students should pick-up registration packets outside the Extended Day office (right next to the Middle School Office.)

The Extended Day (3 O’clock Block) is an after school program for 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th graders. Each day, students get free time in the gym, 50 minutes of homework/study help and 50 minutes of a fun enrichment activity. Activities include cooking, crafts, swimming, science projects, and much more. We also go on a variety of field trips throughout the year.

The Extended Day program is held Tuesdays through Thursdays from 2:30-5:10.  If students owe a teacher work/ are on “ketchup club,” they stay there until 3:25 and then come to Block in the 5th grade classrooms; otherwise, all Block students meet in the gym at 2:30. Students receive a free snack each day. Busing home is provided at 5:10.

If you have any questions regarding the Extended Day program please contact Beth Nezezon at bnezezon@bfcsd.org or at 315-389-5131 x29517.
