It is a District Rule that bus passes CANNOT be called in. Please do NOT call the office requesting this as it only puts the person answering the phone in a difficult situation.
We ask that whenever possible, you please try to make arrangements and let your child know what is happening before they come to school. Students waiting on instructions and/or bus passes are anxious and distracted throughout the day.
Please also keep in mind that this office is very busy, with many students and adults coming in and out, along with many phone calls and emails. So tracking down a student at the last minute, to get them a bus pass, or give them directions as to who may or may not be picking them up, can be difficult at times. We do not ever want to forget, or fail to find, a student prior to dismissal, please consider this when contacting the office.
TO SUBMIT A BUS PASS:
A signed note sent in with your child is the preferred choice.
A sample note with all items needed is shown below.
An email can be sent to LCRUMP@BFCSD.ORG please enter BUS PASS in the subject.
You must check your email for a REPLY stating we received it.
If you do not receive a Reply to your email by 2pm, CALL OUR OFFICE at 315-389-5131 x29500.
