THE EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM is an after school program for 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grade students.  This program is offered through a grant and is managed by Mrs. Beth Nezezon.
(Formerly called '3 O'clock Block'.)
Extended Day is held from 2:30pm - 5:10pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week.
At dismissal, students go directly to the program and at 5:10pm are bused home or can be signed out by a parent/guardian.  Students must be registered to attend. Interested students should pick-up registration packets outside the Extended Day office (right next to the Middle School Office). You can also download them by clicking the file link below.
Each day, all students receive a snack, they get free time in the gym (or outside when weather permits), plus 50 minutes of homework/study help and 50 minutes of a fun enrichment activity.  Activities include cooking, crafts, swimming, science projects, and much more. We also go on a variety of field trips throughout the year.
(Note: If students owe a teacher work or are on “ketchup club,” they first go to the teacher's classroom to do that work from 2:30- 3:25. Then they join the rest of the students in the Extended Day program.)
